It uses evaporative cooling technology. Water passes through a wet filter pad, and warm air is pulled through it, lowering the air temperature by several degrees as it exits. The effect is clearly noticeable in the direct airflow zone — this is not a compressor-based air conditioner.

No. This is a hoseless model: all the cooling happens internally through evaporation, with no hot air to vent outside. No drilling, no installation, no landlord approval needed. Just plug it in and it runs.

In night mode: 35 dB, whisper-quiet. On the highest setting: up to 56 dB (comparable to steady rainfall). Most customers report sleeping better with the unit running than without it during hot weather.

Average consumption is around 0.8 kWh, roughly €0.20 per hour. Running it 6 hours a day works out to about €36 per month — 3 to 4 times less than a traditional split air conditioner, which can cost €120-150 per month at peak summer usage, plus installation.
